Are you a senior IT engineer who thrives on variety, ownership, and impact?
At Voyage Care, we’re looking for a Senior IT Integration Engineer to play a pivotal role in both our growth journey and technical delivery.
This is not your typical infrastructure role. You’ll sit at the heart of our acquisitions — leading IT integrations end-to-end — while also staying technically sharp by working across networking, cloud, modern workplace, and security projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead IT Integrations
o Own the IT workstream for acquisitions from discovery through to handover
o Assess incoming environments, identify risks, and define integration plans
o Coordinate delivery across networking, identity, security, and service teams
o Be the trusted IT lead for stakeholders throughout each integration
* Deliver as a Senior Engineer
o Work across infrastructure teams on complex projects, upgrades, and migrations
o Provide senior technical expertise where it’s needed most
o Support and unblock teams during high-demand delivery periods
* Improve & Innovate
o Help build and refine a repeatable IT onboarding framework
o Create templates, standards, and automation to streamline integrations
o Contribute to continuous improvement across the IT estate
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience across multiple disciplines (networking, Azure, M365, endpoint, security)
* Proven ability to assess unfamiliar environments and turn insight into action
* Confident coordinating technical workstreams across teams
* Skilled communicator – able to translate complex IT into clear, practical language
* Comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes
* Experience with acquisitions or large-scale onboarding is a plus — but not essential.
