Your role:
As a L’Oréal Customer Supply Chain Apprentice in our Indirect Channel, you will support the Customer Supply Chain Manager and Executive to increase product availability, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction. You’ll work directly with customers & commercial teams, learning to deliver top supply chain service through mentorship & training. You’ll lead your learning using various platforms and have regular support from your manager.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Providing optimal supply chain service to indirect customers, fulfilling orders cost-effectively.
* Handling multiple priorities with accuracy & knowledge.
* Ensuring high stock availability by collaborating with distribution & planning teams.
* Driving departmental efficiencies & improving service quality.
* Enhancing EU Satisfaction scores & acting on customer feedback.
* Building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to go above & beyond for customers.
* Ability to adapt in a demanding environment.
* Excellent prioritization & communication skills (written & verbal).
* Willingness to challenge and improve current processes.
* Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
