AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
15. Brand ambassador – you will be passionate about the Hobbycraft brand, embracing change in a positive and proactive way
16. Teamwork - you will build great working relationships with the team and treat individuals fairly and with respect at all times, adhering to our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging policy
17. Customer Service - you will deliver outstanding customer service, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will have excellent communication skills and interact with our customers, sharing your passion and knowledge of craft
18. Change - you have the flexibility to recognise change and approach it in a positive, proactive way.
19. Policies and Procedures - you will comply with all Company policies and Health and Safety Regulations
20. Shop Floor - you will deliver excellent standards and know what good looks like You will be required to replenish stock, keeping the displays clean, full and tidy at all times. You may also assist in changing displays of stock.
21. Cash Handling - Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions.
22. Click and Collect – you will be required to assist with the Click and Collect process
23. Stock Control - Being vigilant at all times to help minimise stock loss and ensure tagging processes are followed
24. Workshops – you may be required to host various workshops
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
25. Retail (or similar) experience is desirable
26. A confident communicator who can deliver outstanding customer service
27. A passion for craft
28. Selling skills are advantageous
29. Stock replenishment
