We are looking for a Trainee Paraplanner for an expanding Wealth Management company based in Weston-Super- Mare.
The Trainee Paraplanner plays a crucial role in the wealth management business supporting the overall delivery of the advice process from both a technical and practical aspect.
Salary £32,000-£39,000 +benefits
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday
Duties will include:
* Prepare the drafting of suitability letters for the advisers.
* Ensure the back-office data is accurate and up to date and all necessary client service reminders in place and adhered to.
* Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Communicate with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Organise and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance of such meetings.
* Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with other Team members to ensure best practice and exemplary client service.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred ideally with a Level 4 qualification/ working towards or prepared to undertake
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in IT applications Outlook, Excel and Apple.
* Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data accurately.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
* A customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
