Head of Finance - Tamworth (4 days on-site minimum) Up to £55,000 + LGPS Pension
Trinity House Group is pleased to be working with a growing education organisation in Tamworth. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to join its Senior Leadership Team.
This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing finance, operations, IT, estates, compliance, and health & safety, ensuring strategic alignment with the school’s vision and wider trust objectives. You’ll lead a dedicated operational team and contribute to strategic planning, budget management, and school improvement projects.
About You:
CCAB qualified accountant or equivalent experience
Proven success managing multi-million-pound budgets
Strong leadership across finance and operations
Experience in education or the public sector is an advantage
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: Up to £55,000
LGPS Pension Scheme - Market Leading
Full-time, 37 hrs/week, 52 weeks/year
