Customer Services Administrator
Location: Portbury (Bristol)
The Opportunity
To promote the A-Gas brand by providing a professional service to the A-Gas customer portfolio. To understand and satisfy customer requirements and exceed their expectations where possible.
Our customers are usually wholesale distributors. They buy our gas in bulk, which we then ship to their warehouse. Customers might contact us by email, phone, or through our website.
You will be the first voice they hear, setting the tone for their A-Gas customer experience.
Typical tasks include processing sales orders to invoicing, maintaining customer records, preparing export documentation, and contacting customers regarding delivery schedules and stock updates.
In the first 90 days, you'll need to familiarize yourself with our business, with full support from us. Most importantly, you'll establish yourself within the Customer Services team, building relationships and understanding how we delight our customers daily.
