Job Description
* Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions and reports.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
* Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
* Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A background in accounting or finance,
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
