Are you an inspiring early years leader ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Nursery Manager with a Level 3 qualification and 2+ years’ leadership experience to lead our welcoming 58-place nursery in Busy Bees Morden!

About Busy Bees Morden
* Location: 2–4 Martin Way, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5AH
* Ofsted Rating: Good
* Capacity: 115 children (ages 0–4)
* Part of: Busy Bees childcare group
* Team: 34 staff members, most with childcare qualifications
* Hours: Open Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM, all year round
* Transport: Walking distance from Morden Underground & South Merton Train Station
* Parking: Free staff parking available

About you:
* We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
* You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
* You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
