Massage Therapist Responsibilities
1. Deliver a variety of massage treatments in a safe and comfortable manner
2. Awareness of the full treatment experience
3. Maintain equipment and manage an inventory of products
4. Respond to guest queries, needs and expectations
5. Maintain treatment rooms and ensure they are always clean and well presented
6. Deliver pop-up events
7. Suggest and promote new treatments and packages
8. Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
9. Carry out treatments of the highest standard
10. Effectively promote and upsell massage and beauty treatments
11. Ensure billing is completed accurately
12. Work closely with the reception and guest relations team to ensure they are fully briefed on the treatments on offer
13. Maintain online schedule
14. Build and maintain friendly relationships with guests
15. Be able to talk to guests effectively about the club and what is on offer
16. From time to time you will be required to take on additional tasks and duties relating to the smooth running of the club
