Job Description: Technical Lecturer - Electrical Installations Location: Bedforshire (plus regional sites) Salary: Up to £48,200 per annum (Base £33,000 - £38,200 DOE + £10,000 Market Supplement) Hours/Contract: 37 hours per week | Permanent - Full Time Job Purpose To deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training across Electrical Installation programmes, equipping learners with industry-standard skills in a safe, productive workshop environment. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Delivery: Deliver engaging vocational lessons up to Level 3, supporting student progression and real-world skill development. Curriculum Planning: Design lesson plans, schemes of work, and differentiated learning materials that meet awarding body requirements. Assessment & Support: Monitor student attendance and progress; provide timely feedback and implement interventions to maximize success. Workshop & Safety: Maintain a safe, well-organized learning environment, enforcing industry-standard health and safety compliance.
