Your new role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of marketing activity across digital, print, brand andmunications. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will act as the marketing lead for the business and drive strategies that support growth, enhance brand visibility and strengthen engagement with residents and stakeholders. You will manage campaigns for new developments, oversee digital performance, developpelling content, maintain brand consistency and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality marketing outputs. You will also manage budgets, evaluate KPIs, oversee events and ensurepliance with relevant standards and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring proven experience in marketing management, ideally within a corporate,mercial or service‑based environment, along with strong strategic, creative and analytical capabilities. You will be confident developing integrated campaigns, managing digital channels, leading projects and producing persuasive content. A degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience, along with a marketing accreditation such as CIM (or progress towards one), will be beneficial. You will bemercially aware, organised, proactive and able to build productive relationships with agencies, suppliers and colleagues. Experience in property or housing is an advantage but not essential.
