Design & Client Engagement Manager

Saada & Sons is a design-led joinery and cabinetry studio serving London and the South East. As we expand our bespoke offering and prepare to launch a new accessible cabinetry range and our flagship showroom (Spring 2026), we’re looking for a commercially minded, design-driven Design & Client Engagement Manager to join our growing team.
This role blends fitted furniture design, sales performance, and exceptional client experience—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, craft-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead design consultations (virtual & in-person)
* Produce fitted furniture concepts using Vectorworks, SketchUp & Photoshop
* Manage and run our showroom, ensuring a premium and welcoming experience
* Build and nurture client relationships, from enquiry through to installation
* Proactively generate new business through cold outreach and follow-ups
* Grow our network across Sussex & Surrey (architects, developers, designers, contractors)
* Attend local events and represent the Saada & Sons brand
* Own the full sales journey and work towards clear monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
* Experience designing fitted furniture/kitchens/wardrobes for UK companies
* Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp & Photoshop (essential)
* Strong sales background — ideally within fitted furniture or interiors
* Confident communicator with excellent people skills
* Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven
* Natural networker with existing contacts in Sussex/Surrey
* Able to commute reliably between Barnham & Storrington — car required
