Job Description
Responsibilities include:
* Achieving regional UK&I targets, including indirect sales via system partners outside the region.
* Defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with global customer and product strategies.
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring visibility and accountability.
* Identifying and supporting green hydrogen projects and funding opportunities, ensuring compliance with budgets, quality, risk, and schedules.
* Managing stakeholder relationships and leading high-quality bids for hydrogen projects with international customers.
* Gathering feedback to optimize bid processes and effectiveness.
* Marketing ELY business regionally in coordination with central marketing.
* Representing ELY business to public and governmental authorities, advocating Bosch’s perspective on regulatory and funding topics.
Required Skills (Essential)
* Extensive experience in the energy sector with UK&I contacts.
* Deep understanding of the hydrogen value chain.
* 8+ years in sales/business development with proven results.
* Undergraduate degree in business, energy, or related field.
* Ability to collaborate across regions with system partners outside the UK&I.
* Positive attitude, proactive approach, and goal-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Desired Skills
* Experience in sales within the hydrogen value chain.
* Experience developing relationships with C-Level executives.
* Experience with nascent products/services in new markets.
