Thepurpose of our Technology Specialist is to ensure RHCUK colleaguescan access the
resources they need while protecting theIT services through managing the starters, leavers and mover’sprocess. To provide effective and responsive technology supportacross all RHCUK, specifically on starters, leavers and movers. Tomaintain and improve technology services
available toall end users.
Whatyou will do:
Focuson identity management, including creating
and amendinguser accounts
Work throughITSAR tickets to ensure timely and
accurateresolution
Provide supportfor account-related issues, such as
password resets,access problems, and other
identity-related concernsthat users mightencounter
Keep detailedrecords of account creation
activities and generatingreports
Collaborate with theInfrastructure Specialist (Identity
Management), ServiceDesk, architecture,
integration, solution delivery, andsecurity teams
