About the Role
As a Market Research Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality research projects for a diverse range of clients. Working as part of our Research Team, you will contribute to all stages of the research process, including:
* Assisting with questionnaire design and development
* Supporting the management and delivery of telephone, online, and face-to-face surveys
* Analysing research data and producing reports
* Ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently
* Working across multiple research projects simultaneously
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Good IT skills, including experience using word processing and spreadsheet software (preferably Microsoft Word and Excel)
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Good numerical and analytical abilities
* A good level of literacy, with the ability to contribute to questionnaire design and report writing
* Experience working with databases
* Basic web design knowledge
While previous market research experience is beneficial, it is not essential. We value enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to develop new skills.
