Business & Data Insights
1. Produce and analyse CSS business insights, including revenue forecasts, resource‑utilisation reports, customer project dashboards, and internal reviews for the UKI CSS leadership team.
2. Partner with account managers and technical teams to ensure compliance expectations are understood and met across our on‑premise and cloud service portfolios.
Customer & Technical Engagement
3. Participate in high‑profile customer meetings and collaborate on the delivery of technical services, gaining exposure to real‑world customer engagement and service operations.
4. Plan and support internal workshops and customer events, developing strong presentation and public‑speaking skills.
Collaboration & Operations
5. Work closely with CSS Sales, TAMs, Project Managers, and engineering teams, contributing to cross‑functional initiatives and independently driving smaller projects.
6. Draft documentation, contribute innovative ideas, and support continuous improvement in how the CSS organisation operates day‑to‑day.
7. Support recruitment activities, including coordination with external agencies and involvement in the hiring process.
Professional Development
8. Engage in volunteering, training programmes, wellbeing initiatives, and other development opportunities while shadowing CSS professionals to build transferable technical, analytical, and workplace skills.

9. Currently completing an undergraduate degree and eligible for a university placement program in the UK.
10. On track for a 2:1 or higher, with strong communication skills and the motivation to succeed in a dynamic, customer‑focused business.
11. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with colleagues and customers.
12. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to interpret data and draw clear, evidence‑based conclusions.
13. High attention to detail, with strong organisational, planning, and time‑management skills.
14. Self‑driven, proactive, and committed to continuous learning — comfortable trying new things, learning from feedback, and adapting quickly.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and an interest in using technology to solve problems.
16. Practical understanding of AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can enhance productivity and decision‑making.
