Maths Teacher – Secondary SEND
We are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Maths Teacher to join our brand new school, River Valley, based in Sheffield.
As a Maths Teacher, your day will be varied, creative, and impactful. You will follow a flexible structure while delivering engaging and accessible Maths lessons to Secondary-aged SEND students. Your role will involve designing bespoke, therapeutic educational frameworks tailored to each young person’s individual needs, ensuring they experience success and progress at their own pace.
You will be working within a Trauma-Informed Practice model, supported by our commitment to therapeutic and relational approaches. Our schools have proudly achieved the Attachment and Trauma Sensitive School Award.

Requirements
•Good written and IT skills
•Ability to communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and external professionals
•Strong active listening skills
•NQTS or QTS registration (Maths specialism desirable)
