About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Sales Manager to grow Onest's presence on the ground. This role is focused on opening new accounts, driving trial, and ensuring strong in-venue execution.
You will spend the majority of your time in the field — meeting site managers, running tastings, supporting launches, and making sure Onest Energy is visible, stocked, and selling.
This is an early-stage, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives face-to-face and enjoys building momentum account by account.
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Account Acquisition
* Identify, pitch, and onboard new on-trade and wholesale accounts
* Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, tastings, negotiation, and onboarding
* Build a strong pipeline and consistently hit sales targets
* Represent the brand confidently in face-to-face meetings and tastings
Account Support (Field-Led)
* Own relationships with site managers and frontline teams
* Support first reorders for accounts you open
* Gather feedback from customers and partners and report insights back

Field Execution & Activation
* Visit accounts regularly to ensure stock, placement, and visibility
* Run samplings, tastings, and in-venue activations
* Support new account launches to drive early sell-through
* Ensure brand standards are upheld at site level
Sales Reporting & Collaboration
* Track visits, tastings, and account activity
* Share field insights with sales, marketing, and operations
* Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery to sites
What We're Looking For
Essential
* 2–5 years’ experience in field sales or account management
* Experience selling into on-trade, hospitality, fitness, retail, or FMCG environments
* Proven ability to open and grow accounts
* Confident communicator, comfortable pitching and negotiating in person
* Highly organised with strong follow-through
* Willingness to travel and be regularly on the ground
Nice to Have
* Experience in drinks, food, wellness, or challenger brands
* Existing network of buyers, operators, or site managers
* Startup or scale-up experience
