Your Role

As a Team Leader, you will support people with barriers to employment, helping them progress towards and achieve sustainable, well-paid employment. You will also provide targeted coaching and mentoring to our frontline teams. Working within our All in Angus services, you will collaborate with a team of Employment Coordinators to deliver high-quality services.

Interview Schedule

* Strong attention to detail

* Knowledge of the local community (Angus and surrounding areas)
* Ability to work with individuals of any age facing challenging barriers to employment
* IT literacy
* Comfortable working towards targets
* Relationship-building skills
* Full driving license and access to a car
