Your Role
As a Team Leader, you will support people with barriers to employment, helping them progress towards and achieve sustainable, well-paid employment. You will also provide targeted coaching and mentoring to our frontline teams. Working within our All in Angus services, you will collaborate with a team of Employment Coordinators to deliver high-quality services.
