Overview
Business Development Manager – Ecommerce Logistics. Location: UK (Hybrid with travel). Salary: £55,000–£65,000 basic + uncapped commission + car/allowance. Join a fast-growing, high-tech logistics provider transforming how global e-commerce brands deliver to customers.
Work with leading names in Health, Beauty and Fashion to help brands reach new markets and deliver world-class customer experiences. This role focuses on driving new client acquisition within the Beauty, Fashion and Health sectors and selling innovative 3PL, fulfilment, and delivery solutions to fast-growing ecommerce clients.
Responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and win new ecommerce clients in target sectors.
* Build relationships with decision-makers (founders, operations leaders, supply chain heads).
* Deliver tailored pitches and proposals highlighting fulfilment and delivery solutions.
* Collaborate with internal operations and customer teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
* Track, manage, and forecast pipeline using modern CRM tools.
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in business development / new client acquisition within 3PL, fulfilment, warehousing, or logistics.
* Strong knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem and how brands scale internationally.
* Consultative sales style with ability to understand complex client needs and present tailored solutions.
* Resilient, self-motivated, target-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Natural relationship builder with credibility to engage at senior levels.
