Position: Health and Safety Training Manager
Type: Permanent
Salary: circa £36,000 PA plus car.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
Location: York, Darlington, Leeds
We are recruiting Health and Safety Trainer to work within the maintenance team and provide H&S and induction training to new staff, sub‑contractors and client personnel.
Responsibilities
* Provide training relating to on‑site Health & Safety processes and procedures plus the induction of new staff.
* Provide training and induction services to sub‑contracting workers and end user personnel.
* Keep and maintain training and induction records across the various estates on the contract.
* Ensure inductions are kept up to date with any relevant legislation changes.
* Ensure quality is maintained across the internal processes and associated record keeping.
* Travel between each facility where required.
Requirements
* Experience and interest in the delivery of training and inductions for new personnel, ideally within an FM or H&S sector.
* Able and willing to travel between each facility.
* The role will also require training the successful candidate in sector‑specific processes.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge and experience dealing with end users and client operations.
* Excellent record‑keeping skills.
