A highly successful student accommodation provider is seeking a confident and proactive Sales Support Executive to represent the business through events, community outreach, and the development of strong relationships. This is a fast paced, hands on role focused on driving bookings, supporting events, and building strong relationships within the student community.
Key Responsibilities
Support properties across the city to achieve occupancy targets
Assist with tours, group bookings, outreach, and conversion activity
Follow up leads from events, campaigns, and open days
Represent the brand at university events, fairs, and activations
Support planning and delivery of onsite events and sales initiatives
Build relationships with universities, student groups, and partners
Maintain accurate records and lead tracking within HubSpot
Support reporting on sales activity and event performance
