Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mac Support Specialist to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong experience with troubleshooting and resolving MAC issues. You’ll be given opportunity to achieve professional certifications within your first 6 months!
Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line Mac support
* Troubleshoot and resolve Mac issues
* Deliver outstanding customer service through your technical expertise
* Manage and support device and identify platforms including Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
* Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support where required
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes and processes
* Continue to self-development and learning, as well as improvement of IT processes and user experience
Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience supporting Mac devices and MacOS environments
* Proven 1st/2nd line Mac experience is essential
* Experience with Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Understanding of networking fundamentals
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proactive team player
