Skills & Experience Required
* Experience within a Software Support role (this is not hardware/pc support).
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL queries, stored procedures and database maintenance.
* Experience of SSRS Report Builder.
* Ability to manage multiple support cases.
* Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits).
