We are seeking a dedicated Co-Restaurant Manager to work alongside our Food & Beverage Lecturer and current Restaurant Manager in our training restaurant. This exciting role will include: Collaboration with the Food & Beverage Lecturer to support practical training lessons for students. Facilitating food and beverage service during lunch and occasional dinners for guests and clients. Supervising students, empowering them to take ownership of their service and learning experience. Assisting with guest bookings, finance, and cash handling operations behind the scenes. Ensuring consistent application of safe food handling practices and proper documentation. Experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a training or educational environment. A collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a supportive learning atmosphere. Hours: part time, 15 hours per week (over two days), term time only, 36 weeks per year.
