The Role
Arena Offices is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Executive to help drive occupancy across our portfolio of managed office space. This varied role combines business development, outbound sales, broker and aggregator listing management, marketing support, and lead generation. You will be responsible for promoting available office suites, generating viewing opportunities through targeted outreach, maintaining high-quality online listings and brochures, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into occupiers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who enjoys a blend of sales, marketing and property-related business development within a growing flexible workspace operator.
Key Responsibilities
Broker & Aggregator Listings
* Manage listings across target brokers and aggregators
* Create brochures for specific newly available managed offices (over 1,000 ft2)
* Create generic and individual managed office listings with brokers
* Manage all paid listings and adverting with target brokers and aggregators
* Maintain folder of rendered office images, managed office brochures, floor plans and pricing
* Update managed office brochures on arenaoffices.com in line with availability
* Email and outbound calling to target lead generation for managed offices
* Run weekly email campaigns using HubSpot sales sequence
* Target 10 connected outbound calls per day average
* Prioritise calling warm engaged targets using HubSpot lists
* Append HubSpot with new contact data and accurate contact notes

Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in business development, telesales, lead generation, account management or a similar commercial role
* Proven experience of outbound calling and prospecting activity
* Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Experience creating emails, sales collateral, marketing materials or online content
* Experience maintaining accurate customer records and activity notes within a CRM
* Experience within commercial property, serviced offices, flexible workspace or B2B sales would be advantageous but is not essential
* Experience creating brochures, presentations or online listings would be beneficial
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
* A-Level qualifications or equivalent preferred
* Degree qualification welcomed but not essential
