The ROLE
The firm is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Conveyancer to join, manage and develop their expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Leicester.
This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and dealing with a varied caseload including:
Sale and purchase (including leasehold and new-build)
Re-mortgage
Equity release
Transfer of equity
You must be confident in developing and managing relationships with both clients and referrers, be IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.
Excellent business development skills are essential, as well as strong organisation and compliance skills. Experience in managing a team is essential, together with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
Due to the nature of work undertaken, the successful candidate will be required to have a basic DBS check.
