Location: Flexible/hybrid with regular presence in SEPA offices in Stirling/Central Belt
Salary: £54, to £60, per annum

Our People, Recruitment & Reward function is undergoing change and we are currently seeking an experienced People Policy & Benefits Manager to ensure our policies and benefits are modern, competitive and help us to embed our Values and EVP. You’ll be joining SEPA at a really exciting time in our transformational journey. This new post, which is part of the wider HR team, will have responsibility for transforming our employment offering.
As well as leading and managing a small team, you will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement and upskilling HR colleagues and managers at all levels. The ability to form effective working relationships is really important.
Experience in managing the review and development of people policies is essential. If you have excellent communication skills along with drive, determination and creativity then we want to hear from you!
