We wish to recruit a motivated Branch Manager to lead our Plumbmaster Branch in Duncrue. This is an exciting career opportunity offering an excellent working environment in one of the fastest growing independent plumbing and heating merchants in Northern Ireland.

Key responsibilities for the role of Branch Manager include:
* Continually improve branch sales and margin
* Ensure all branch KPI's are achieved
* Mentor and develop the team
* Deliver a high standard of customer service
* Motivate the team to exceed targets
* Management of stock in line with sales
* Audit branch systems and procedures with teams
