As a Senior Regulator it will be your responsibility to work as part of a team on the investigation and enforcement of potential breaches of building safety legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for leading, planning and carrying out investigations into potential breaches of law, complaints and mandatory occurrences. This may also involve serving enforcement notices, collecting evidence and proposing and preparing cases for criminal litigation.
