Salary: MPR / UPR, (£32,916 to £51,048) with an additional TLR2A Payment of £3,527 per annum.

Nationally, just 18.6% of white working class pupils achieve a Grade 5+ strong pass in English and Maths. At Ash Hill Academy, 40% of this cohort secured Grade 5+/5+, more than double the national average.
