Overview
We are recruiting dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for cleanliness, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Previous experience in the hotel industry or janitorial services is highly desirable, as you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
* Change bed linen, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Maintain an organised supply cart and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order.
* Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
* Uphold the hotel's standards of service by adhering to established cleaning protocols and procedures.
Requirements
* Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality or janitorial experience will be considered valuable.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
* Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
