This specialist SEN school in Gateshead is looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils who need consistency, patience, and encouragement to thrive. These are students who may have become disengaged from education. Some struggle with communication. Others with emotional regulation or behaviour. But with the right support, they make huge progress.
