Job Title: ABA Tutor Location: Earl's Court, London Salary: £15-£22 per hour (dependent on experience) Job Type: Part-time (with potential to increase hours) Start Date: Immediate / Flexible About the Role: We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable ABA Tutor to join a dedicated team supporting a young child with autism in Earl's Court. You will work closely with a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and family to implement a personalised ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) programme, helping the child develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Key Responsibilities: Implement 1:1 ABA interventions based on the child's individualised learning plan Use evidence-based techniques to encourage positive behaviours and reduce challenging ones Record data and provide feedback to the supervisory team Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment Collaborate effectively with parents, therapists, and other professionals Requirements: Experience working with children with autism and/or SEN preferred Knowledge or training in ABA (full training provided for the right candidate) Patient, energetic, and committed to helping children achieve their potential Excellent communication and observational skills Must be reliable, organised, and a team player Eligibility to work in the UK Desirable: Degree or working towards a qualification in psychology, education, or related field Previous experience as an ABA Tutor, Teaching Assistant, or SEN support staff Benefits: Ongoing training and support from experienced BCBAs Opportunity for career progression in behavioural therapy Work as part of a passionate and supportive team Flexible working hours Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
