Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high voltage (HV) electrical systems?
OCU Group is seeking a dynamic HV Project Manager to lead and deliver complex HV projects across the UK and Europe.
You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery—from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and safety compliance.
This role will involve travel and is based from our Resolven, Neath office.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, development, and execution of HV electrical projects.
* Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Provide technical oversight on HV systems including switchgear, transformers, and substation design.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Monitor project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
* Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
* Proven experience managing HV projects in utilities, construction, or engineering sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of HV systems and installations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
