We are looking for a Billing Adviser to work within our friendly and supportive billing team.
What you'll do
The role involves various daily tasks to ensure accurate and timely bills are produced for our customers. You will respond to customer queries, ensuring we deliver a first-class service and look for solutions to improve it.
We will invest in your development through regular 121s, coaching, and skill-building. You will join a wider retail and commercial organization, offering many career opportunities.
