We are looking for a Billing Adviser to work within our friendly and supportive billing team.
What you'll do
The role involves various daily tasks to ensure accurate and timely bills are produced for our customers. You will respond to customer queries, ensuring we deliver a first-class service and look for solutions to improve our processes.
We will invest in your development through regular 121s, coaching, and skill-building. You will be part of a wider retail and commercial organization offering numerous career opportunities.

Our Billing Adviser roles are Monday to Friday. We are an office-based team, benefiting from daily face-to-face interaction with colleagues and team leaders in a supportive environment. After initial training, you'll have the option to work from home one day per week, if that suits your working style.
