We are working with a culture-driven boutique recruitment business to find an exceptional Finance and Operations Assistant to support their internal functions and help drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage finance admin: credit control, invoicing, expenses, and data entry in Xero.
* Support CRM (Vincere) usage: updates, data integrity, and user support.
* Maintain job board and LinkedIn posting; assist with CV formatting and marketing materials.
* Liaise with external IT providers and manage office supplies.
* Assist with onboarding, internal events, and ad-hoc support to the CEO and wider team.
About You:
* Proven finance experience, ideally in recruitment or a sales environment (1-3 years).
* Familiarity with Xero and CRM systems (Vincere is a plus).
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
