Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant – Primary Schools
Location: Lambeth, London
Salary:£90–£100 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils with behaviour challenges in and out of the classroom
* Helping children regulate emotions and stay engaged in learning
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to build trust and structure
* Collaborating with class teachers, SENCOs, and support teams
Qualifications
* Experience working with children who have SEMH or behavioural needs
* A calm, positive approach and clear communication
* Someone who can think on their feet and adapt to different situations
* Bonus points if you’re Thrive trained or have de-escalation experience (but don’t worry—we can help with that)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
