Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Kent. This remote role involves managing relationships with major retailers, identifying market opportunities, and driving sales initiatives to increase product availability. You will collaborate with internal teams and manage store-level customer relationships to make a positive impact.
Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture relationships with retail stores without cold calling
* Identify market gaps and collaborate internally to develop strategies
* Implement sales initiatives to boost product sales and shelf presence
* Manage customer relationships at store level daily
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented
* Passionate about learning; suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals
* Experience in sales or related roles is preferred
* Valid UK driver’s license
