Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a luxury fragrance retailer to appoint an in store CRM Specialist for their flagship store. This is a key hire for the brand, which is experiencing strong global growth and is looking to further elevate its client engagement and in-store experience. Alongside a competitive basic salary, the role offers a very generous commission scheme.
Based on Regent Street in London, the role is full-time and requires flexibility to work weekends. The CRM Specialist will work in store and report directly to the Store Manager, with additional oversight from the Assistant Manager.
The Role
1. Deliver outstanding clientelling, building and nurturing a strong VIP client base.
2. Develop and execute creative in-store events and activations to drive footfall and sales.
3. Confidently approach and engage passers-by to encourage store visits.
4. Lead on the brand’s signature bespoke scent sales, guiding clients through the creation process.
5. Convert new customers into loyal, repeat clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
6. Contribute ideas for CRM initiatives, even without a formal CRM background.
7. Maintain meticulous grooming and presentation standards in line with luxury brand expectations.
8. Actively work towards sales targets
