Are you an experienced SEN Tutor or qualified teacher passionate about inclusive education?
We are seeking dedicated tutors to provide 1:1 personalised tuition for learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, and additional needs across Northamptonshire. Sessions take place in homes or community settings and are tailored to each learner’s EHCP and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, and core subjects
* Plan personalised programmes aligned with EHCP targets
* Track progress and provide feedback to parents and professionals
* Adapt teaching using creative, multi-sensory approaches
Requirements:
* QTS, HLTA, or relevant SEN tutoring experience
* Strong understanding of SEND and differentiation strategies
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Own transport and ability to travel locally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
