We're now looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our Ammanford office and play a key role in developing customer relationships and driving business growth.
What you'll be doing
1. Processing orders and following up on quotes, turning them into confirmed sales
2. Working closely with Regional Sales Managers to support and grow accounts
3. Building and maintaining relationships with trade customers
4. Re-engaging with lapsed or previous customers, promoting the value and quality of our products
5. Supporting exhibitions, product launches, and customer site visits
6. Keeping accurate records of quotes and enquiries for reporting and analysis
What we're looking for
7. Previous experience in sales or customer service (B2B or B2C)
8. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
9. Someone proactive who's happy to follow up leads and reach out to new customers
10. Organised and able to manage quotes, orders, and enquiries effectively
11. An interest in learning about products and adding value to customers, not just selling on price
