About The Role - Special Needs Teaching Assistant
* Full-time role starting Tuesday 3rd September
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH and associated additional needs
* Support students who may present with behaviours linked to trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation difficulties
* Collaborate with pastoral staff, therapists and teachers to create a stable, nurturing learning environment
* Help implement behaviour support plans and assist in emotional check-ins, reflection time, and structured routine building

* Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs
* Is calm under pressure, emotionally resilient, and consistent in their approach
* Understands the importance of building trust and positive relationships
