Responsibilities
* Write clean, functional object-oriented PHP code with exposure to PHP 7 or PHP 8.
* Work with the Symfony framework (version 4/5) as the preferred framework; candidates with Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, or other MVC frameworks will also be considered.
* Utilise MySQL v8 as the database.
* Adopt a full-stack approach with solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ideally TypeScript.
* Collaborate within an Agile team of PHP engineers on multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and contribute ideas to improve practices.
Qualifications
* Experience writing PHP code (PHP 7/8) and familiarity with Symfony or other MVC frameworks.
* Strong front-end skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ideally TypeScript.
* Ability to learn quickly, with a proactive attitude and a focus on doing things the right way.
* Comfort in a fast-changing environment and strong collaboration within cross-functional teams.
