Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our restaurants, bar, and afternoon tea service. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
You will supervise the F&B team, ensure service standards are consistently high, and support the Food & Beverage Manager in driving sales, training staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere across all food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and afternoon tea service, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
* Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Oversee table management, reservations, and guest flow to maximise efficiency and service quality.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and service, ensuring all brand and hotel standards are consistently achieved.
* Support with stock control, ordering, and cellar/bar management to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
* Assist with training, onboarding, and development of the F&B team to encourage progression and high performance.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues in a professional and proactive manner.
* Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
* Contribute to achieving financial targets by driving sales and controlling costs.
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication skills.

* Good knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and afternoon tea service.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to busy service periods.
* Organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing laws.
