Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Loughborough
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am – 1:00pm

The Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Lettings Manager to lead and grow our residential lettings team in Loughborough.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of today's rental market. You will be responsible for driving new business, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring consistently high levels of service delivery across the department.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Lettings team
* Generate new business through property appraisals and landlord instructions
* Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every stage of the lettings process
* Meet and exceed agreed lettings targets and performance KPIs
* Arrange and conduct property viewings and secure new tenancies
* Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of available properties
* Conduct daily morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with team members
* Support the training, coaching and ongoing development of staff
* Take overall responsibility for the performance and success of the department

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Senior Lettings role
* Proven track record in winning new business and increasing market share
* Previous people management or supervisory experience
* Strong listing and valuation experience
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* High standards of customer service
* Positive, professional telephone manner
* Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Adaptable and responsive to change
* Full UK driving licence
