Adecco are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Housing Officer to join our clients Housing Needs team. You will manage a patch of (Apply online only) non-secure LLP tenants, ensuring effective tenancy management, income recovery, and community engagement. This is a varied role requiring strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Temporary Role - 12 months
Full Time - Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
Grade 11 - £25.02 per hour PAYE / £33.13 per hour Umbrella
Hybrid Working - 3 days on site, 2 days remote however flexibility is expected

ASAP Start Key Responsibilities
Maximise rent and service charge collection and manage arrears recovery up to legal action.
Deliver high-quality tenancy management, enforcement, and sustainment services.
Act as first point of contact for tenants, handling complex queries and anti-social behaviour cases.
Undertake home visits, court representation, and eviction processes where necessary.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to support vulnerable tenants and prevent homelessness.About You
Extensive experience in income recovery and tenancy management within social housing.
Strong knowledge of housing legislation, including the Housing Act 1985.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and IT skills.
Ability to manage a demanding workload and make sound decisions under pressure.
Flexible to work outside normal hours and travel across the borough.
