Role Overview:
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team approach to delivering high-quality education services to learners within HMP The Mount. Working closely with the Education Manager, you will oversee site performance and contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, and contract delivery. Acting as part of the senior management team, you will ensure provision exceeds partner and learner expectations in line with our ethos ofImproving Peoples Lives. You will also deputise for the Education Manager when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead on curriculum management and quality assurance within your area.
2. Support the Education Manager in day-to-day operations, including learner induction, class allocation, and conduct management.
3. Maintain and develop positive internal and external partnerships for the benefit of learners.
