Solent Investments specializes in property management in the UK and holiday rentals in Portugal & the USA -
We are looking for Flexible, if possible self-employed Solicitor trained in all property law to help when needed in a long standing small property management and investment company based in Marlborough Wiltshire.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide legal advice on property management and rental agreements (Residential & Commercial)
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with landlords, tenants, and partners.
* Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
* Assist in resolving legal disputes related to properties.
* Maintain accurate records of legal transactions.
* *Qualifications*
* Qualified solicitor with relevant legal experience in property law.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively
* Proficiency in IT systems used for legal documentation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of UK property legislation is highly desirable.
Pay: £16.00-£35.00 per hour
