* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of subcontractor accounts, including payment assessments and approvals
* Deliver clear commercial advice to support project decision-making and mitigate risk.
* Build effective relationships with subcontractors to manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Track, document, and report project delays in collaboration with planning teams
* Administer main and subcontract agreements (NEC3/NEC4), ensuring full compliance
Junior Quantity Surveyor Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on projects within large scale infrastructure sectors, nuclear or heavy engineering
* Experience in managing high-value subcontractor accounts and preparing robust payment applications.
* Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 or other standard forms of contract.
* Successful candidates will also be required to undertake the relevant CITB touch screen test
* Ability to obtain BPSS Clearance essential
